Pairing Bases

The purpose is to allow students to actively investigate basepairing. Select a base from either menu at the top and click atoms whose partial charges allow them to hydrogen bond during basepairing. Buttons below the bases allow for rotating, flipping and movement to investigate how any two selected bases could partner. Controls below alter atom/molecule representations.
